Made-to-Order Production
All of our products are made to order.
Each item is carefully produced in small batches to ensure quality and attention to detail. Because of this, the production time for each order varies depending on the current batch schedule.
The estimated production timeline for the current batch is always shown on our Shipping Information section. Please refer to that for the most up-to-date processing time before ordering.
Shipping Time
Once your batch has been completed and your order has been dispatched, the average delivery timeframe is 20–30 days, depending on your destination and local customs clearance speed.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes, and shipping times can vary slightly based on your location and carrier conditions during transit.
Tracking and Updates
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s progress at any time.
